"After having my son, I wanted to do something to get back into shape. I don't think I could have found a better way to do that. Because, not only do I feel so much better about myself physically, this is a great way to meet other moms who are experiencing (or have already experienced) the same things I am going through.

I look forward to every class because I know I will get a great workout, one that I can make work for me. I always feel great after class, even if I am a little sore! I also love seeing the people in our class and being able to socialize with a group of women I am comfortable with.

As a new mom, sometimes it is hard to get out of the house, but this gets me moving three days a week and makes me feel so much better about myself. "After my first workout with Stroller Strides, I knew that I'd found a fitness program that would work for me and my 10-week-old daughter. I had been looking for an exercise routine that would enable me to regain my pre-pregnancy shape but what I found was so much better than that!

Stroller Strides not only provides me with a challenging workout that I can tailor to my own fitness level, but it connects me with a community of fit mommies who are supporting each other through the exciting, exhausting experience of parenthood. I look forward to every workout because I know I'm doing something great for my body and I get to chat with other moms and learn from their experiences.

And the best part about it is that it works. After a few weeks, I noticed new definition in my shoulders. I felt like my waist was smaller and I lost a pants size. A few days before my daughter turned four months old, I was back at my pre-pregnancy weight and now, I look forward to enjoying even greater fitness so that the next time I get pregnant, I'll be in great shape throughout my pregnancy.
